Unifon

Unifon is a Norwegian company that specializes in creating B2B telecommunication and mobile internet products. The company provides a platform for working with incoming calls and queues, a portal for statistics, analytics, and reporting; and a sales CRM. It also created Visitor Management System, an application for self-service reception.

Unifon needed a team of strong frontend professionals to create and launch a reporting and statistics portal.

In addition, Unifon needed to update the design of its then-current products and create concepts for the new ones.

Frontbyte brought senior frontend developers on board to work on the reporting and statistics portal. Following its successful launch, Unifon expanded the team.

The team started working on Unifon’s main product, Bedriftsnett. Unifon and Frontbyte developers collaborated on creating the mobile and web applications of Bedriftsnett. Both apps have been launched and are actively used.

Frontbyte also participated in the creation of Visitor Management System.

Frontbyte presented Unifon with solutions that are easy to scale and develop.

All Unifon products now feature new, modern designs that meet current trends. Frontbyte created all of the designs and is currently working on new ones.

At the moment, the collaboration between Unifon and Frontbyte continues.
